A Dish Cooked with a Unique Collection of Special Spices and Herbs to give a Tangy Spiced Flavour, Served with Naan bread. Chefs own Home Recipe. You can also Create your Own by Blending this Dish with any of these Dishes’ Garlic, Jalfrezi, Rogan or Ginger. (Balti carries an additional £2.00)

The Mogul’s Clay Oven Specialities

The Clay Oven is known as the Tandoor.
It is the Traditional Indian method of Barbequing Food and Baking Breads. This technique goes back Centuries where Clay Ovens were hand crafted with raw clay and heated with charcoal this method of cooking gives Meat and Fish an even cook throughout by using skewers.
Breads are crispy from the bottom by being placed onto the surface which then gives the top a light and fluffy finish. A truly healthy and tasty method of cooking.
All Clay Oven Dishes are served with Yogurt Mint Sauce and Salad.
